Singer-songwriter Billy Kemp will perform as part of the Key West Library’s Music in the Palm Garden series at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 6th . A Baltimore native, Kemp is a multi-instrumentalist best known for his inventive guitar playing. Gates open at 5:30 and seating is limited.
